I'm a licensed Realtor and Residential General Contractor since 2018.  I studied Engineering Technology at Texas A&M University (’09).  I am currently pursuing the Master of Construction Management at WCU (’24).  I am here to help you with buying your new construction home.

As a licensed professional Realtor, my goal is to provide great customer service for my clients, whether they are local residents or military personnel PCSing from another duty station.  Since leaving the Marine Corps, I have been actively involved in the construction business and have multiple years of real estate experience in the Jacksonville, Havelock, New Bern, Sneads Ferry, Hampstead, NC and surrounding areas.

Initially, I went into real estate flipping, but later decided to transition into sales.  I thought that my construction experience and negotiating skills could be helpful to those looking to purchase a new home.  I have a broad technical background in project management, operations, technology development and strategic planning.

Not only am I a Realtor, but I'm also a residential general contractor and I have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Technology from TAMU.  Additionally, I am pursuing a Master of Construction Management from Western Carolina University.  This diverse education allows me to accurately define and prioritize tasks.  I combine management and technical expertise, which is crucial in navigating complex projects from concept to delivery while effectively overcoming obstacles for my clients.

I have been married for 22 years to my lovely bride Chastity, and we have five children whom we homeschool.  I served in the Marine Corps for over 18 years and have spent most of my time in the Jacksonville area.  I attend a local church that I am actively involved in.

My specialty is in helping buyers navigate the new construction sales process.  However, I have received the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), Residential Construction Certified (RCC), Workforce Housing Specialist (WHS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Resort & Second Home Specialist (RSPS) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designations and certifications.
